kvanNot a dumb question at all. They definitely become more malleable and fatigue over time with more and more use. A lot of industry professionals will replace their boots around 150 days but sometimes you can get away with just swapping out the liner.
LazylightningI'm just debating a new boot purchase later this season, I already bought new liners and had to replace some buckles and now the footbed in my shell (what's under my liner) basically split into thirds and I lost the 1/3 closest to my toes...not sure if it's time for new boots
edit: I'm hovering around 120-130 days right now
