Reality sucks. and it slapped me down.

Thought I would test the NASTAR course, used to tear it up and wanted to see... ..

Well, 2.8 secs off Bronze first attempt...1.4 secs back the second run. fuck.

My rant is about ( you peeps) staying in shape for as long as you can.
Too late for me.

I expect to be judged in real life and here. A way to keep on the straight and narrow, is to be judged by others. Don't have to accept it, but listen to it and decide if it's valid.

Well, brother... can't say confirmed but there's def cog decline.
And my original intent was to bemoan the physical decline, as measured by a ridiculously slow NASTAR time. And, thusly, warn those who haven't yet begun a fitness regimen, to do so.

Now we're getting somewhere.
Skis- Atomic Vantage 97C 180 cm
Boots- K2 Recon 100 (cranked down buckles)
Wax- blue Toko, but not really much ( it's nastar)

Conditions- they were closing so icy as shit due to others

Technically- first run was feel it out, second run I probably preturned too much...it was after tubing park work for 6 hours ( only time I can squeeze in) sooooo
where can I cut time
