Hole/ crack in new Head skis

I bought a new pair of Head V6 LYT in the beginning of the season.
I'm a mature adult skis only on piste.
The top of the skis seems very delicate and after 2 skis, there is a hole on the top of one.
Is it fixable? can I use the warranty? Anyone else encounter such issues with the same skis?

It looks like a pretty normal chip in the topsheet. Best thing to do would be to clean it, fill it with West Systems G Flex Epoxy, allow to fully cure then remove excess by cutting and sanding smooth.

It doesn't look like a warranty issue and this is not a ski with which the users of this site have a lot of familiarity.

This looks like damage from an edge, apart from not crossing your skis when you’re skiing there are a couple things you can do to help not get more. Don’t be aggressive in pushing up in life queues, try to give yourself a little bit of space and don’t slide your skis across each other when you’re sitting on the chair to get snow off them, wipe it with your hand if you can reach or do a small daffy and gently knock the side of the front of your ski against the side of the back of your other ski and vice versa, just don’t slide them across each other.
