How to size straight skis

Trying to buy some straight skis for fun, unsure of what size to go for though. Should I aim for a length that I normally ride or send it and get some 205s? Also any recommendations on good old skis? Found some 207s new in wrapper on my local craigslist so considering that

I think I'm just gonna do this and get better at skiing haha. I'm like 5'11 so a 207 would be like 10 inches taller than me...might be manageable lmao

207 is the size for your height.
Dudes used to ride 225 dh skis all around the mountain
