Replying to Opinion Needed - Return new skis or no
Need some opinions - got a new pair of skis today that I ordered a few weeks ago. Looks like the skis have some damage on them - box they came in was pretty rough - upon opening and inspecting the skis, the top deck on one ski has a pretty decent mark/abrasion/scratch/damage on it; bases on each have some scratches and small gouges. So...is this enough to return them, ask for a partial refund, or NBD? I don't really need them immediately, so I don't have a problem sending them back, but they have to go to Europe from the US...so not exactly a quick exchange.
