This is definitely a sign to triple check if you're gonna mount your own bindings btw.

TreegrabberI mean it’ll work but if it bothers u remount
personally it would annoy me every time I look at them so I would remount
LogiTrue, you think it could cause any knee injuries or something like that tho?
GhiniSince Pivots have a rotating heel it will be interesting to see if the boots will line up straight or not. My guess is the boots will fit in fine, although possibly in an angle, but the release will be off. There will be more force on one side and / or you will release quicker on one side. Not something you want. It sucks but just remount. You could see if you could get things straight by remounting on inserts that are placed in the same holes but then straight, I know from experience this can be done but it is not easy to do and it depends on how off angle the holes are now. Otherwise you would have to remount a cm off current holes..

colorado_frenchyRemount 1 cm back, not worth taking the risk of blowing up a knee
SchoessFor the sake of your health and safety I would recommend bringing them to your local reputable shop and get them mounted properly homie. It's not worth the risk imo
No.Quarterinb4 a local reputable shop completely fucks up the remount
Vishnuwettest189i wouldnt remount, the heel pivots so its chill. Also easier to carve into ramps

S.Kifirst thing you could do before remounting, using inserts or taking them to a shop is taking the binding of. Make sure there is no dust or crumble in the holes, clean the holes (with air or simply turning your topsheet downwards and slapping the base a few times). After that you apply wood-glue and reapply the toe-pieces. But make sure you screw in the screws in a straight way and by evenly distributing forces all over the toe piece. You can do this by screwing in the top right and bottom left screw (or vice versa) first. Only turn them once or twice to make them sit in place. Put in the top left and bottom right screws afterwards and turn them once or twice as well. Make sure all screws go in straight and then screw them down carefully. You could do this by turning each screw once and then restart this circle till the toe-piece is remounted. If your drilling/measuring fuck-up is not too big this could already put the toe-piece in a straighter, slightly less crooked position.
I've had the same issue once and this process solved it for me so maybe it could help you as well.

colorado_frenchy@Logi I'm curious, did you use a jig or paper template?
LogiI didn’t use template per say, followed this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=N-JeCJFzVgs&feature=youtu.be
colorado_frenchyYikes, no wonder your bindings got tilted, he doesn't show how he's centering left and right his masking tape and I got the feeling he's kinda freestyling it :/

Paul.Lol what a sketchy tutorial. You should have clicked away the second he said he mounts all his skis dead center no matter what ski it is. Also no wood glue is a great way get water in your core

LogiBtw what is the best way to find the left-right center, and the front-back center of a ski? I've heard the paper method works not so great, and it didn't work so great when I tried it, I might be wrong tho
colorado_frenchyNote: this only work with skis that have symmetrical side cuts, which is 99.99% of skis out there (Only the K2s Catamaran and Marksman comes to my mind as exceptions)
