Drawing/painting my helmet

Instead of stickers I want to draw some cool characters on my helmet but I don't know what markers to use, does anyone have an idea?

I have the giro ledge.

Paint markers would work better if you’re going to be painting the helmet try giving it a light sand to get the paint to stick

Thanks, also I saw a few artists using copic markers, do you think it would work on the material of the giro ledge?

Idk never used them for anything but I do know paint makers will work on a giro ledge. I don’t think It has to be a specific brand or anythibg

You ever heard of Keith haring? Most people have but I’ve done some like drawing similar to his stuff on shoes or duct tape on skis until I could epoxy him. I really like that it’s simple and easy and anyone can do it.

never heard of his art but looking at it now is really cool. He's a very creative artist

Get some posca pens if you can, they’re made for drawing on things u usually wouldn’t

I know it sounds a bit weird, but paints for scale models actually work really really well, especially if you spray a bit of matte varnish over it at the end. I painted this WH40k star of chaos on last year with citadel paints and it survived the entire ski season practically unscathed.
