I’ll post a pic in my gear so you can identify me first as well as my daily trip schedule, but plz learn how to fight, muscle is almost worthless, I train to ski hard, I spar and train for flexibility and speed, what makes a fighter are the 1000s of repeated motions and sparring, the mind/muscle and reflex are natural and instant, please learn the difference between someone with wild fantasies and someone trained and highly experienced in dealing with people who’ve been attacked by many people with the intent of killing them to get away.

Also, your probably bigger than me, I’m 183lbs 185 cm soaking wet, muscle size only gets in the way m8, lowers speed, restricts flexibility, also, 185 for 10sets of 10 reps no biggie, that’s German volume training,included in my workouts once every several months. I primarily do 10sets of 1-4 reps, I solely train fast twitch fibers for power, speed and instant elastic rebound, I’d suggest u do the same.

Okay you definitely cant do 185 for 10 sets. Most fitness coaches say 60% of your max is ideal for gvt. Muscle fatigue makes those later sets impossible without reducing weight if you go heavier than that. If 185 is 60% of your max then that would put your max somewhere around 310 pounds. Your claimed bodyweight is 183 pounds meaning that your max is 165% bw. 150% bw is a figure that is considered attainable for elite power lifters for the overhead press. By claiming that you can do 185 for 10×10 you're basically claiming that you're stronger than power lifters who are in the gym every day (instead of once every several months like you) MAYBE you can do it for 1 or 2 sets. Definitely not 10. I was able to do a set of 5 at 185 on seated shoulder press last night after leg day. I'm 175 and in the gym 5 days a week. I'm calling bullshit on this whole charade.
Also Colorado is a "make my day" state not stand your ground. If you fly here to fight me I'm definitely justified in using deadly force to defend myself. We're not going to reach that point though because I'm not going to come find you and fight you and you're not going to come find me. Well I won’t argue your math on the average lifter, and your right, I cannot even get close to a 315 overhead press, seated or standing, 290 is the most I ever did with shit form and thrust from legs out of the clean and jerk,and upon completion I spent close to a year rehabbing my rear delt and lat, and ever since I haven’t even tried over 255, tho 255 feels like there is room for more I just won’t try, so if your statistics have no variance I guess I’m imagining things or maybe mistook my 25s for 45s, I do wear glasses 🤓.
Idk y u think I workout once a month, I work out 7days everyday at 5a, I’ve been solely powerlifting for 24 years man, I incorporate gvt 1week every 5th week cycle bc im plateud everywhere and need extra muscle to get stronger, but I’ve never trained for size.
As far as my weight, I’m 20lbs lighter than avg bc I carry 0 waste in my gut, yearly hydro flush but Im the size of a legit 200lb builder. You would be better to argue my height puts me at a disadvantage not my weight, my arms gotta travel a long way to press that, ns that’s a lot of core to stabilize, and my claims, that’s with a healed but previously torn psoas which further backs up your claim that I can’t, nonetheless… I can 😊 sorry, and if you confine yourself to those general statistics your doing yourself a great disservice, if your telling the truth your incredibly strong for your weight and shouldn’t constrain yourself and your gains to that type of thinking.
