Broken On3P

Hello, would you think this is a normal crack in my Magnus 90s. Had them for about a year so roughly 1.5 seasons. Spent most time on them and ridden all over the place. Not many big jumps and not that many rails. A few backflips where I dug the nose in the ground. And some butter and front flips.
I see most of you say it’s the most durable park ski, I don’t really think so. Am I totally wrong?

Well first things first, people call on3ps durable for their resistance to delam i think. Personality my on3ps got raped in the park and didn’t last too long.

Looks like OP hit a ditch or something, i had a homie do the same with his 102s and he got a single replacement ski.

The bases are tougher than 90% of skis on the market, the edges while not bullet proof are some of the toughest on the market. But like all skis they do break but they tend to last longer than most skis on the market. Hell their athletes don't go thru very many skis and that says something.

Most durable doesn't mean unreasonably durable or indestructible. Terms like bombproof are just marketing jargon. If you're digging tips on backflips, that's a pretty solid way to damage skis. On3p does use thicker edges and bases than most but they're still just metal, wood and fiberglass at the end of the day.

dont bash a company for under rotating a flip. that top sheet bubble is from the ski being bent the opposite way it was designed to bend. completely your fault. fyi, ive broken multiple skis from coming up short on backies. sucks to lose a good ski though.

as cy said, this will destroy any ski.

I have on3ps that are 7 years old. ridden hard and put away wet and still in great shape. when you dont bend them the wrong way, they last you long timeeeeee

Your first mistake was posting about ON3P in a non-positive light lol. ON3P hype train is real on here.

I wouldn’t know though. Never been on them.

the only thing that really bothers me about on3p warranty not covering damage like this is that on3ps cost like almost 1000$. For that price either they need to be truly and utterly more durable than any other ski, or on3p needs to start tossing out warranty replacements like candy.

just have the customer pay for parts labor and shipping.

if your factory overhead is so high you cant charge less than 800$ for your skis then move the fucking factory to china
