Replying to Mt Seymour Value Pass

abar.:
I am actually gonna be on campus (hopefully) for my second year at UBC next winter and am looking to be ready to finally ski up there.

I am definitely gonna buy a whistler student pass when they go on sale and that's gonna be my go-to whenever I have a full day off of class but I also wanna have a pass to a local for part days, night skiing, or when I'm just super busy. I realized I missed the good deal on grouse and I'm definitely not gonna pay for a full price pass there, and cypress is also expensive, so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go seymour. A good park is pretty important but I'm looking to ski natural terrain when the snow is good, also good sidecountry/bc access is a plus. The value pass (weekdays) looks like a great deal especially since I'll be trying to ski whistler basically every weekend, but it would be annoying if I was too busy too go up there and my seymour pass wasn't active. Any fellow students have an input on whether its worth it to pay double for the full pass? Or any other tips for local vancouver skiing?
