Definitely prefer sativa vs indica. I feel like the sativas often have better introspection and are thought provoking. Perfect for video games too. But getting a real heavy indica that gets you giddy af is pretty fun too.

For skiing I wouldn't use anything other than a sativa or sativa leaning hybrid. That said, I've smoked/vaped a bit before skiing this year and I've come to the conclusion that unless I'm skiing easy shit all day, it's much better if I'm sober. I know booooooooo loser. I've found I definitely ski better the morning after getting baked cuz I'm not high anymore but my body is still pretty chill from the residual low levels of thc.

Sativa vs indica is just a quick guideline. The terpene and specific strain effects are what really matters. There's definitely some sativa strains that are amazing to function on and are energizing. Just Google the strain as there's usually tons of info out there on them.

There’s really no such thing as Indicas or sativas anymore as any modern strain has been cross bred a million times. However I definitely see the notion of “sativa” vs “Indicas” staying culturally relevant within the weed community as a way to differentiate between the basic effects of cannabis in relation to its energizing and sedating impacts on users

Definitely Indica for me. Indica chills me out and I am just mellow in my head all day. The best way for me to describe Sativa is whatever Im doing, it makes me want to do something else. There are some really nice Sativa blends out there like Champaign but the cracked out ones are no good.
