Back in like 2016 I think we had absolutely no snow all season. Shit was depressing but then in late January we got dumped in with 36 inches which was the most snow I ever skiied in and it was just fucking amazing
I can't remember what year (I think 2016). I was skiing Killington during the March break. On the Wednesday it started dumping snow. I had never seen this much snow being from Ontario. Being a kid this snow was like up to my waist. We managed to get on one of the last chairs at Snowden to hit another lap on patsy's glade, at this point ot was absolutely dumping powder. On our last run it had slowed so much we couldn't see our tracks from the run before. Best snow of my life, we got 40 inches that week. I still get stoked just remembering it.
went skiing at snowbird yesterday, very intrigued by the variable conditions all over the place, from windbuff to some deposited snow in random spots that skied well to a melt/freeze and rain crust below. Weird as hell, but grippy skiing up above. its not deep skiing but its honest work i guess
timdrachanWith all the snow comin, does anyone know where to get any of the turbo tubes without going to your local constructions site? Like can u get em at home depot or lowes?
Plumbing or Irrigation Supply stores/shops if you need bigger tubes im pretty sure. I remember some of my bosses/Irrigation techs on golf courses ive worked at running to Home Depot for a quick fix if they didnt have anything but im positive those big pipes will need to be purchased elsewhere. Could be very wrong though, it also might be a tad bit illegal but if you for some reason have access to a trash dump near a neighborhood construction development, thats always a go too

At 12:30 one day, it started nuking at alta and it was just storm laps all afternoon with no lines. However it took me OVER 4 HOURS to even get out of the canyon because of the traffic with the accidents.

Hell yea, hoping that’s what’s happening this year
