Fat bike/BMX on a ski hill?

Idk a lot about bikes but ik that fat bikes can be used confidently in the snow. What if someone put pegs on a fat bike to use in a terrain park on a ski hill, or even made fat tires for a BMX bike? Would that be plausible?

I do agree but also had to joke because of the negativity.

Anyways OP fatbikes dont grip like you think they would. It would be hard if not close to impossible to go the speed you'd need while maintaining control to enjoy a park

I remember when xgames had moto best trick contest on ramps and snow like 10 years ago, the tires had metal spikes im pretty sure, pretty sketchy.

You can ride snow on a bike, no it will never catch on at ski areas or in terrain parks. It's somewhat sketchy. In Africa friends would hit the 10-25 foot jumps on mtn bikes sometimes. Just straight airs. Turning coming down the hill was kinda dicey.

Riding snow sucks unless it's compacted the ski areas help because hard surface. But even then it's kinda sketch. Fun to do, but mountains aren't going to have people ripping bmx bikes through the winter jumpline any time soon.

If the park was freshly groomed on a 30 degree ish day; you might be able to use a normal bmx on the snow if you ran like 20psi.

Afriski in Lesotho. Has a terrain park in winter and bike park in summer. Friends did both and took the bikes out on a snow regularly
