well i was at holiday valley in ellicottville yesterday and got a chance to try out these new sticks. it was dumping pretty hard so we some knee deep in the trees so they were perfect for the conditions.
the seth vicious were pretty good all around but they didn't really have anything going on in them. they were really damp and not to bad on the groomers
the prophet 130 is fucking wide! don't even think of taking this thing on the groomed runs if you like to make turns. as for the pow they floated really nice and weren't too bad in dodging trees. definately a great ski if you're gonna be above the tree line on a wide-open face.

I skied the prophets I couldnt control the things in the groomed sections or the ice. There sick for powder, but if u want versitile line's you gotta ski the mothership ti THEY ARE MAD Crazy

I think he did, and has a different opinion. I can see people having a less than stellar opinion of them on the groomed considering how much you must have to torque your ankle to get those things to turn... I'd still ride them there. Too bad they're $1200 here.

dude i live in the east. all we have are groomers, ice and the extremely rare pow dump. luckily i was able to take them out during a pow dump and on groomers they're terrible

Prophets in the park fool, they kill it...once I get them next year, they'll probably be my all-mountain ski, and i'll definately be doing rails with them BOOYAHKASHAKA!!! They flat out stomp landings and they don't have as much swingweight as you would think.
oh yeah, i might ski them in powder too...

prophet 130s blow on groomers... there is no way anyone can succefully ride them as an everyday ski and rip

if the 130s are too much for ya... try the 100s.... they will be my ski of choice for the east and all over for 05-06
