look at the other thread by lineskis16 or w/e.
just start trying it by tucking your legs straight up about 3/4 through the spin, as you do it more and more youll be able to grab very easily, and be able to tuck sooner and longer. then it will be really easy to add a grab in. so just keep trying them, and take baby steps in terms of adding grabs and tucking
