sore shins

does anyone know what to do when my shins get sore after i go skiing a lot a few days in a row my shins kill every time i flex my boot any advice please!!!!!

get boots that are tight but not uncomfortabley, wear thick socks, don't ski on 'em if there hurting, ice them, soak in hot water, don't land back seat or knuckle or overclear alot

1080 boots don't automatically fix shin bang. I own a pair and i got it from a medium size cliff(20-25ft vert). but it was a hard landing, so, my point is, its possible with any boot, dont get sucked into that idea. but yeah, stretching really helps.

I have the same missing hair problem, everybody thinks its weird. Anyhow, I have the 10s too and still get wicked shin bang, I dont even ski park much anymore. Try the booster strap maybe, or tape your shins.

ive heard there are certain kinds of shin guards that u can wear with your boots .. u can wear 'em while or to prevent shin bang

Its basically shin splints, it is inflamation in the tissue surrounding your tibia and fibia it will only go away with rest and ice. you can trying landing switch off everything which helps but to some level it is just a part of skiing

booster strap, pretty much its like an elastic band you put around your boot. so it keeps the boot tight and hugging your shin but still flexis, it helps but not completely. i have some , i reccomend them

dont land back seat, and dont be a pussy shin bang isnt as bad as skiing with a strained MCL like ive been doin for about a month(mind u that skiing with a strained MCL isnt very good specialy when u land 3/4 the way down the landing of a 60fter)
