I strained my MCL back in March (confirmed by my Doc) and it's still doing my head in.
INot painful as such anymore, but just the odd twinge here and there but it's been months now and it's still bothering me.
Seems to be worst in the morning when it's tightened up overnight. Cycling seems to help as I feel like it's strengthening the ligament again, but I really have no idea because I think I'd have recovered by now if so.
Anyone got any tips to help jump over this final hurdle? Certain stretches etc?
