God that sound gave me goosebumps. Like nails on a chalk board but teeth. Omgggg

Cornstarch is really just a complex carbohydrate but it doesn't have much/any flavor. Health food stores sell it in 10lb bags. Dissolves great. Really great stuff if you're wanting to boost your carb intake and can only eat so many potatoes /rice. Complex carbs= good sustaining energy.

But this lady is still fucked.

I'm on the keto diet right now as well and making lots of killer dishes like Kung pow chicken, broccoli beef, shrimp with snow peas and mushrooms, I'll check out your link, never enough recipes.
