Thanks very much this was exactly the kind of difference in ski description I was looking for.
Definitely looking for more of a pow ski, sounds like the ferox might be the choice.
Gotta say I love the way the camox holds up in almost every condition no matter how crap. Just the deep pow where it suffers a bit, but that's totally understandable.
brogoldenhaircorvus was built as a freeride ski, edge hard, ski fast, mostly just a fatter camox/navis thats stiffer, super traditional shape. Ferox was designed as a pow ski. It's gonna let you surf and slash and do all that stuff. I love the corvus freebird, but in powder it doesn't feel like a pow ski. Its still fun, bc its pow, but it feels like a wide traditional ski. Once you've got speed you can do whatever you want on it, but I'd imagine the ferox would be alot more of the "new" pow skiing, slarving and sliding and such, and more fun at low speed/less steep terrain, as well as gnarly stuff IF theres fresh snow. Just won't hold up in the hard/sketchy stuff but if you're fine with the camox for that then i guess you might not need that.
