You just gotta take this quarantine shit one day at a time, thats all we can do at this point. Keep your mind occupied with other activities.
Keep a routine going thats still pretty active but also involves doing other stuff; even boring tasks like cleaning your room or organizing stuff. Right now im doing stuff like waking up, making coffee/breakfast, checking in with friends, at home stretching/yoga/workouts, and then some video games. While its hard to come up with stuff to look forward too right now, i think having something like an at home workout routine and video games can take your mind off shit for a while
