Probably doesn’t matter too much, but I got my skis mounted at a local shop and told them to mount -2 from center, but as far as I can tell they’re mounted true center. The skis are k2 poachers which are somewhat directional so I wanted the bindings to hit more of the sweet spot on the skis, and the bindings are look pivots (which make the skis together weigh like 15 lbs lol) which aren’t exactly adjustable unless you redrill. There is a line on the bottom of your boot that indicates the boot center. Click your boot into the binding and compare the position of the boot center line to the ski. Wherever that line falls is where the skis were mounted
