Vishnu Wet Vs. On3p Magnus what to buy

I’m a Midwest skier that makes a few trips a year around the east coast. 5’8, 140. Just delamed my honey badgers, so I’m looking for a ski for next year or the year after. I usually just like to cruise around the park for rails and butter/ hit side hits on groomers. Love my skis soft so I can throw big nose/ tail butters without crazy speed. The pair I decide on will be the only in my quiver. Thanks guys

I think you would be surprised how stiff the mags are. I used to ride armadas before these and the mags have been significantly stiffer than any of the bdogs that I used to ride

Give me a holler anytime you go up, I only live 5 minutes away from bmbw

The mags are still great skis for doing butters and stuff, they just take a bit more work to flex

I think the wets sound prefect for what you're looking for, especially for doing weird jibby butters and side hits

There is no better ski then the wets for lowspeed buttering and fucking around. I have wets and have ridden my friends magnus's. The magnus is like a real ski you can butter and wets are like their own thing thats only really good for jibbing and buttering. When you go to bigger hills you would probably like the magnus more but when you are riding something small i bet the vishnus would be a lot more fun.

dude def get the Vs then. The times I enjoy my wets the most are shredding the local 300 vert ski slope.

I'm on wet + but according to ski tracks, I've hit 67, and can comfortably do 60. They actually have a pretty long turn radius so turning at speed isn't that sketchy. If I lived in the midwest I'd prob go normal wet but I'll ski wet +'s anywhere.
