Bindings totally different even at same din

My Griffons are set to 10 din all around and the left ski prereleases all the time. My right ski never comes off. Never has this sucked more than last weekend when left ski came off speed checking on top of a cliff and today I tomahawked and right ski never came off, now my leg hurts like a mofo. Any advice?

Edit: Do ya think it's forward pressure? :p

Check forward pressure and afd, when you find they’re all set properly buy pivots

Sounds like you may be getting griffon'd. Definitely check that forward pressure though.

Forward pressure as others have said. Also toe height and wing adjustments. Not all bindings have toe height or wing adjustment, I don't know if yours do, but check it if they do. Also if the bindings are old and have a lot of use, it could just be parts going bad or getting dry/dirty or something.

Go to a shop and get them tested. It's not uncommon for bindings (even Pivots) to have a piece or two that releases higher/lower than the other.

marker bindings are built to push you out. Even sammy C uses his kingpins on full lock mode #fuckyoacl

you should also check the toe and heel pieces of the boot. If you have replaceable or worn down tie and heel pieces, the bindings wont function properly and sometimes causes early releases. Hope this helped

This is good advice.

but definitely sounds like forward pressure.
evan.schuyou should also check the toe and heel pieces of the boot. If you have replaceable or worn down tie and heel pieces, the bindings wont function properly and sometimes causes early releases. Hope this helped

It's kind of like an electric torque wrench. It measures the exact amount of force (typically in Nm) it takes to push the boot out of the binding. It'll test each side of the toe piece as well as the heel. Some times a single toe piece will test rather differently on say the left side compared to the right.

If you’ve ever adjusted the length of the bindings (eg to accommodate new boots), could be that you left a bit too much length in the left binding

Guy at the shop helped me out and it turned out to be this pretty much. One of them I had to tighten so much (the base heel screw, not din) and he said to make sure when the boot was in the binding, the screw needs to be flush with the housing.
So I did this, knocked the din down by half a notch and I'll test them soon
