SavageBiffSo many possible recommendations
do you ski hard or more job and mellow?
what kind of conditions do you regularly experience? What types of terrain do you ski , ability level ?
pmavs18Id say i ski a little harder and faster most of the time, but do like to kick back and take some mellow runs here and there and get a little more creative. Conditions have varied but I ski very little powder, typical ice coast, but been skiing a lot at night lately to fit my schedule, so lots of skied up trails and crud. Im quite new to skiing still (intermediate-advanced skill level), so mostly hitting groomers, but am interested in hitting a little off trail type stuff in the future. Honestly looking for something that can do everything. Been on a pair of rc4s that ive been using for the hardpack and groomers lately.
SavageBiffSomething like the Brahma 88, enforcer 88 or 93 would be similar but step into the twin world , not super playful just similar to what your on
the ranger 94 would be great for the varying conditions out in the East here , still a stiffer ski tho
black ops 98 or Jeffrey or chet100, maybe the new chronics if your looking to save a buck Would do very well and be considerably looser and more playful
I wouldn’t go blends or anything over 98 for what your describing
pmavs18thanks so much, definitely like the enforcer line, thoughts on the sick days vs chronics?
SavageBiffHard to say as I have not skied a sick day tho it is a ski I really wanna check out , just doesn’t fit into my quiver rn
I have the 2017 chronics which are closer to park skis but I still rip groomers on them , they love to nose dive off piste and forget pow , the newer ones are softer , and have more taper and rocker for all mountain and pow but for high speed 200lb guy like me too soft, at medium jib around they’re fun, just Too soft for me
Check out blisters buyers guide it’s a fun read informative as can be and after you go through the whole list and have learned some things come back and get at Patagonia luke on here I think he wrote the whole damn thing , if not he has skied them all

J_Christoph^^^Instantly came to mind. Not many skis that are more playful and versatile.
SavageBiffWaaay too soft And wide for east coast on piste out of the park at anything but cruising , I’d consider it a learning ski
