Mar-OFully depends what kind of wind conditions you usually get. I would suggest going down to one of you locals spots and ask around there or see if there is any facebook groups for your spots. Soon enough you will want more sails (and boards) for various conditions but its good to start off with something that will give you the most number of days on the water. Also Im sure the board will be good for starting out on but expect to want a smaller board when you get the hang of planing so if you can its a good idea to buy your first board used so that you can re sell it without loosing to much money. Have fun though, windsurfing has a bit of an hard learning curve but its so much fun when you get the hang of it!
