RIP. What a badass. Did not know he was fighting brain cancer.

I remember buying a moving pictures record when I was about 13 or 14 and a was a picture cut out of the sleeve and the clerk said, "they cut out the picture of Neil Pert. Looks like they sold the record and kept the picture of Neil." I was really just buying it for Tom Sawyer and for the sick pentagram picture on the cover but those comments made me decide to learn more about this Neil Pert and why he was so awesome

Definitely dusted out my cassette of " moving pictures". He may be gone. But he remains alive in his music!

im trying to find an insane movie part with JP Auclair (RIP) and other rippers from Revolver that had 2112 - Overture/Temples of Syrinx thats an all-time favorite. RIP Mr. Peart and thank you for all your talent.

We really didn't deserve Neil Peart, he was a blessing to us sent from the heavens above. By far the best drummer of all time.
