So I'm spending the whole winter in St Anton just skiing (not bad right?). I usually ski around 2-3 weeks a season at Ruka, Finland plus an additional week somewhere in the Alps. So it hasn't really tested my body in anyways. Now I will ski for 5 straight months mostly resort off-piste and backcountry. I'll also start to train freeriding so I'm expecting a lot of crashes (crash reel coming to NS in May).
I got all the main gear, avalanche-safety gear and back protection. Thinking of buying booster straps as well. Do you guys/gals have any tips on how I could stay as healthy as possible? Or any gear suggestions?
