Only used for one season and a total of 5 days on them. A few scratches on top sheet, but edges and base are in perfect condition. I’m unfortunately moving to the south, so my chances to ride these babies aren’t worth the keep. Selling without bindings. Bindings are NOT included. Obviously, drilled once for Salomon Shift Binding, as I used this ski as a backcountry tool in Jackson, Wy. Wonderful ski, and hope someone loves it as much as I did.
Freeskier Magazine Description: The Nocta acquired a perfect score in the float and versatility categories. It can be trusted as your go-to ski whether just a couple of inches have fallen or it’s the best pow day of the season. A 122-mm waist, full reverse camber that promotes easy pivoting and maneuverability in soft snow and a lightweight poplar/paulownia wood core yield a ski that moves with style and grace. One tester noted, “it’s very pivot-friendly, crazy easy to turn and smear around,” while another stated, “floats like a dream, has incredible playfulness in fresh snow and crud.” A third tester said defiantly, “I could use this ski every damn day and be so happy.” Score: 9.22/10 overall rating
Description: When big snow comes to the high peaks, the Black Crows Nocta is the connoisseur's choice. That's why, if you watched a ski movie filmed in 2017, the odds are pretty good you saw some pro sending it on the Nocta. At 122mm underfoot and with a full reverse camber profile, this beast is fat, floaty, and fun. Stiff enough to straightline wide open steeps, but playful enough to dance through deep, tight trees, the Nocta is way more versatile than you'd expect for a ski of its indulgent proportions. How's this for a recommendation: on our company powder chasing trips, we always bring multiple pairs of the Black Crows Nocta. Everybody wants to ski it, so one isn't enough
