Newschoolers starts a ski shop(roleplay)

Claim your positions, since I'm this starting this bad boy I just took out a 2nd mortgage on the house ill have in 10 years, giving us 1 million dollars to start with. My interest is 3.5% so we need to be making at least that much a year. As ownership, I'm looking to hire some great ski techs as well as a digital marketing guy. Perhaps a boot fitter. A few climbing/bike experts will be needed for summer operations

I am also implementing something called the powder day lottery. If there is a bona fide powder day happening, there will be a lottery in which all employees may enter the day before in exchange for adding an extra shift for the week. If you win the lottery, you get the day off. If you dont win, you work an extra shift anyway.

Recommendations and improvements welcome.

Qe may split the store into two sections, dad skis and good skis. So that we'll get the profit of selling tourists soul 7s but still be able to put some cool stuff from other companies

Similar customer base, I'd say we can do that. I'd be a little worried about people being high on the job though, so no smoking until at least 5 min after closing

Gonna work on a deal to get more people to the shop by partnering with jerryslams and memecork and give them a physical location to sell their merch. Their Insta feeds will grow delivering an excellent stream of internet awareness.

If you're reliable and show up to work on time you're hired. We're also hiring for head of parking lot rail jam crew, but that would really just be another of your duties as plower of the lot.

I already do rentals and demos so I'll do that (the Jerry's will probably think they're to good for what I put em on) and then sell them weed on the side after work so they come back to us every season so they can "get a little baked while their kids are in a lesson".

Id like to apply for a workshop position... since thats already what I do.

Considerations for hire;
-I will get stoned as fuck before every shift. Good news is I work better high as giraffe pussy.
-I specialize in detuning edges to the point of them basically being Edgeless.
-I will always keep the fridge stocked with beer, mostly for me to drink on shift.
-I'll fix any coreshots with wax, edge separations by tearing the whole edge out and topsheet chipping with duct tape.
-probably most importantly I wont show up often cause Ill be skiing so you wont have to deal with my bullshit too much.

i'll be a skiing savant who works as a janitor even though i probably know more about skiing than all the other employees

sometimes there will be a skiing equation left on the chalkboard unfinished, and i'll just solve it for fun, and the next day the boss comes in and is like "who the hell solved our unsolvable ski math problem??"

You'll also have to take responsibility for tuning skis when tgr guys NEEDS weird 2 by 0.5 degree bevels because the rest of the shop guys can only use the machine, flat files, and gummie stones.

When I say everyone I work with at the shop I'm at is baked, I mean EVERYONE. And were by far the best people to deal with in our chain, I mean we only use dab pens so were high for 30 minutes at a time.
