skeirmanI don't know.
FaunaSkisUnlike what others have said newschoolers is a place you can get help making skis. The thread has been quiet for a while but has plenty info in it on newschoolers that have made skis and I dont think anybody would complain if you revived it: https://www.newschoolers.com/forum/thread/651776/Official-Ski-Pressing-Shaping-Building-Constructing-Thread
I'd definitely also recommend doing a bunch of reading on skibuilders.com in both the how-to and the forums. Also the ski calculator on junksupply is good if you really want to get into it https://www.junksupply.com/ski-calculator/
Plenty of looking at the kind of materials/wood that other ski companies put into the skis you're interested in making always helps (the small ones generally share a bit more), I know i spent an age looking into all the options out there when developing skis. if you're still developing come the fall, head down your local shop on a quiet day, flex some skis, talk to the shop staff and take some ideas.
If you're still stuck, you can drop me a DM and I'll see what I can do for an answer.
