Catching First Chair With Ease, Ski Resorts That Allow Overnight Camping

I've been fortunate to travel all winter visiting close to 30 ski resorts. I've been compiling a list of ski resorts that are overnight friendly to vans/RV/camping. I've been amazed at what I've found. Some are even offering showers and 24/7 bathroom access.
I hope this list will come in handy for folks.
The list is integrated with Google Maps and is roughly North to South.
I'm also looking to add more resorts so if you have any to add please let me know.

this is dope! I did a road trip though CO,UT, and CA during december with my Ikon pass. Biggest issue I wanted to avoid was having to move in the middle of the night but luckily I didnt have any issues. Hardest place to scheme for me was summit co, they have signs and what not everywhere so I had to get creative there.

More curious how you're affording all them lift tickets than the parking lot situation. Are you rocking
mtn collective or others or just buying day lift tickets. Or getting hooked up with cheap deals or comps?

I have two different season passes that both offer free partner resort tickets. So most of the places were free with these partner tickets. I also reached out to fellow ski patrollers who were able to hook me up with passes.

I've had a tough time finding friendly places in Utah as well.

Word, I figured something along these lines. If you were just buying day lift tickets everywhere that would be gnar

Are implying that at some resorts you could just hang out until everyone leaves and then make yourself at home for the night in the mid mountain lodge? Have any examples of places like this?

I slept in the mid lodge ag gore a few times. Brought tower pads in from ski patrol for a bed. First tracks.

Also most patrol shacks and pretty muh all lift shacks are open at mtns. Just be respectful and dont trash the place or it becomes "this is why we can't have nice things".


Helps to go to bed early and know relatively what time people show up for work.

Also some beers can get you a ride up the mtn in a cat most o the time.

Full time paid patroller? How are you getting all this time off to go ski elsewhere is what I want to know haha
