Publish On Future Date

I had an article set to publish on a date for a while, I decided to change the date but it moved it to tomorrows date at noon, and I can't figure out how to change it. I can unpublish it, and send it on the date I want, but it's finished and I'm just waiting for a specific date to put it out there.

I can't unpublish it now either. Not really trying to post it for a couple of weeks.
