Has anyone STILL not received their Saga preorders???

This is fucking ridiculous. They better not have lost my order. Anyone else facing the same kind of frustration? They said their preorders were almost complete over a month ago. If they lost it they better give me some store credit, but honestly it doesn't matter because the thing I bought and really wanted is sold out by now. I'll be so fucking pissed if it got lost.

Ok but they said 90% of pre orders had been shipped a month ago. Have you guys actually not gotten your preorders or are you guys just telling me to be patient?

Haven’t received any of the face tubes/balaclavas I ordered. Not sure how long ago that order was placed. Did receive a pull over with a more normal turn around on shipping. Not sure what the hold up is with some of the gear. No response to email. Customer for a long time now and will give them benefit of the doubt. Bummer for sure if you were counting on the gear.

I had a MINOR issue where they missed my shipping date on a dead stock coaches jacket by like three days, but other than that its been pretty easy to deal with them. They seem like the type of company that has grown too fast, so they probably have some trouble getting stuffed shipped. They're also trying to recover from the robbery, so don't hate on Saga. They're one of the better companies for freestyle skiing.

I preordered pants and mittens in November. Got the pants in January and still waiting on the mittens. I also ordered a deadstock coach jacket from them a week ago and it arrived in 3 days so I’m not sure. I think they’re just having problems with the accessories this year.

imo a business is a business, no need to be "patient" as they "try their best"
they should get in contact if this is the case, but I dont think the robbery was even on this years preorders

robbery happened a year ago. If you offer pre-orders for winter gear they should be shipped by at least the start of winter. It's February, they are fucking up and should be called out on it.

Reply to an email I sent them:

"Our Gloves and Mittens will begin shipping Monday, February 11th. The Wizard Hoods, Facetubes, Balaclavas, and Beanies will not leave our factory until after the Chinese New Year (ends Feb. 5th). We apologize for such late delivery and thank you for your patience."

I got this today. The Chinese New Year ended 4 days ago. No shipping notification then

I still have mad saga shit from 2 and 3 years ago. Can't remember if I have any last years stuff. Once I get a fucking day off I'll look through it, but just trying to get what I paid for stuff, which was mostly in the dirt cheap sales.

Just overbought when drunk a few times. I think at one point I had 12 pair of gloves, mittens, 5 pairs of pants, and a stupid amount of jackets and hoodies. Most shit is XL I think .

Don't think I wanna sell any gloves or pants at this point but when I get some sleep and I'm not working or feeling lazy as fuck I

I preordered in October and still haven't received my wizard hoods. They said it would ship January 20th and now its February. Really defeats the purpose of a preorder. Now its half way through the winter and I am starting to doubt it will get here in time for the end of the season. Such a disappointment.

Their wherehouse literally got robbed. It takes time to figure out exactly what was stolen and how much. Plus if thats all the stock they had, then they probably need to literally make more product. This all takes time. Have you tried emailing them? (being nice usually helps, so dont just repost this thread to the email haha). Shit happens and its frustrating as hell, I am sure they are working extremely hard to recover as fast as possible, give em a bit of time. Neither side is happy rn.

I would still email them again until you get a tracking number. One email is pretty easy to get lost in the shuffle, Im sure they are recieving tons of them. Pester them until they give you what you want. Most of the time its not just one person answering emails, so you dont have to worry about pissing off one guy.

and if it is one guy, he won't mind a polite reminder. i get 100 business emails a day, i don't mind one bit if someone politely pings me again on something i let slide yesterday
