Thats right. Gonna be sold to the highest bidder. Will be interesting to see what happens. Dave McCoy is selling now, almost 60 years after he started Mammoth by selling his Harley and setting up the first rope tow.

intrawest owns 51% of the shares but only has 20% of the voting power. McCoy owns most the rest but still retains 80% of the voting power. So pretty much intrawest gives money but doesnt control anything. Mccoy is selling because he is 89 years old and isnt gonna live forever (he still goes out and rallys dirt bikes and other stuff) and he wants to sell so his family wont fight over it when he dies. (the kids are the ones who originally sold out to intrawest)
