So as all of you know bio mechanics in skiing is of paramount importance to performance. And running is no different to this (I am talking about how footwear effects the alignment of your knees etc.)
Now for years I have fucking hated running! because my knees always hurt, I have spent money on a new pair of running shoes recently and have pain all up the inside of the part between my calf and ankle. Now it's impossible to diagnose me over the internet, however I was wondering from some of you guys what the best option is for me here?
Like weather I invest $600 in orthodics for my current new running shoes, or return my shoes I just bought and get some different ones?
Any advice is appreciated!!!1
