I can front and back 2 very well, and have attempted a front 4 a few times, but cant seem to make it work

Front 4s are probably easier. Do front 2s that are a little over rotated and shuffle around to forward to get used to the feel

The issue I usually see with learning front 4s is that people are super used to spotting 270. You need to ignore spotting at 270 and keep your head turned. People tend to do this a lot with 180 learning 360 as well

whichever way is your natural spin direction is probably gonna be easier. I had back 4s before I had front 2s

I did my first f4 on a c rail, using the natural momentum of the rail to slingshot myself out. That being said, b4 is your comfortable rotation, but is harder to spin (for me) I can only b4 cannon rails
