Black Crows Camox Birdie

I am 162cm. this Camox birdie comes 156 or 165.
18radius and 97waist.
Twin Tips
how to pick.
can u guys give me some pros and cons for each size.

For park or all mountain?
A lot of off-piste?
Do you ski aggressively?
Are you heavy or light for your size?

These would all be things to consider when choosing between two suitable sizes.

I do mostly groomed run. I am on the heavy side. not so much park.

My wife is about the same height 54-55kg and rides 152 Black Crows Ova birdies and loves them, I just got her the Daemon birdie in a 164 and she's stoked on them but hasn't skied them yet. She demoed a few different skis in the 158-170 range last spring but nothing she loved so I picked up the Daemon birdies on a whim. She is not a freestyle skier at all as you maybe able to tell by her skis.

What size are you on now? I kind of think if your hesitant about the 165s you might want to go with the 156. I'd let others weigh in as well?

I want to go for 156 but worry if I would lost stability because of the length. Does her mention anything about stability demoing any of the gears?
May I know why u picked the Daemon Birdie over All others? Thanks

She is purely a directional skier and the Ova birdie is really light and quick, with a short turn radius and they're on the shorter side for her, so she didn't mention anything about stability but she's used to a ski with little stabiliity.

The Daemons I just bought for fun, they were really on sale, she loves her other Black Crows, it looks like a fun ski with full reverse camber and is wider than her other skis without being too wide. It wasn't something I thought about for a long time other than looking for a 97-105 freeride type ski with a tail that is relatively flat, she doesn't like riding twin tips. So not too much help I'm afraid.

I ordered the Marker Squire, but didn't do much research on it . thanks again.

I mounted the Daemons with the Salomon/Atomic Shift but unless you want to get into touring, and spend a whole bunch of money,

I'd recommend the Tyrolia Attack 11 or 13, possibly Salomon STH or warden. The Aaattack bindings are sold by other companies as well, Fischer, Head, some others.

Where are you located? I presume not the US due to your use of the superior metric system when stating your height.

I find Tyrolia 11 locally, but no 13.
and Salomon Warden only comes in 100mm
The Salomon shift, my lord, so expensive...
it may be a good investment.
So far I found Marker Squire 110mm is the closest to my ski waist 97. but Is this brand not very good made?

The 100mm brake would be great for the camox.

The squires are only okay, a lot of people have had durability issues with them, if you aren't skiing super hard or in the park they're probably fine.

Where do you ski?
