So I ordered a jacket from (small ski company here), this isn't a roast so I hyphenated. Was able to place the order but then 4 days later customer service emails and says they dont have it and can provide another color or refund. So I kindly ask for a refund since it was a gift, 4 or so days go bye, no refund. (Nbd everyone's hustling this holiday season prolly got swept under the rug my one jacket order was small potatoes). Kindly send an email to customer service inquiring about the usual timeframes on refunds. Then I recieved a reply with an apology for the delay, a 25 dollar gift card, and confirmation of refund.
