Looks like you broke the track... call marker see if they can send you a replacement track.

Im no professional ski tech but it seems like that upper part should be connected to that lower part if you want to be able to ski on it

You're basically fucked.
I was the Marker warranty manager for Canada for 5 years. You're going to need to call them up and hope they will either send you a new pair or at bare minimum set you up with a discount for a new binding.

After my marker toe snapped off, I picked up some shifts at work and bought pivots. $400 ain’t cheap, but if you’re a real skier what’s a little overtime??? Get your ass some real bindings.
