Since we all comb over various local areas of craigslist, KSL, other such sites looking for deals, I thought this might be a good idea to have as a thread for when you see a good deal that's not what you're looking for but someone else might want, I've been combing through KSL looking for a good deal on some skis for my gf, and saw these but they're too tall for her

Franks sold out. They’re hoping to produce more this season but no date at this point.

Pair of surfaces with 3/4 bindings, pivot toe piece blown out, for 25 dollars. A homie will hook me up with a free same colour toe piece. Problem is i dont have skis to mount them on and they are pretty old 18s, i ski on 9 din. Guy said someone else was interested before me, but if he doesnt find the missing toe piece he will sell them to me. I probably wont be skiing on 12 din anytime soon and at that point there would prob be better bindings. Is it a bitch move to get them just to display in my room?
