do you want a more jibby or a more chargy ski? alta is a much more jib oriented mountain than most so softer/smaller turning radius skis can be really fun but its all preference. also the majority of days a ski with a waist width of 100-110 is the most practical

I would say I prefer something a little more stable and stiffer but that's what my J Masterblasters are for. I'm really looking for a dedicated powder ski so I would be open to something softer

Great to hear you are enjoying your Masteblasters! If you are looking for a dedicated powder ski I would take a look at the newly redesigned Friend and Vacation! Both have gone thru significant changes for this upcoming season.

​The Friend has completely new shape, widening it under foot by 3mm to a 117mm waist and increasing the tip and tail width by 7mm. In combination with an extra long, gentle rocker makes it effortless to surf, pivot and smear bottomless pow. The real surprise comes when the pow is gone; it’s new tighter sidecut radius and high energy flex pattern grips it and rips!

The Vacation has the same reliable flex in the tip and tail, while softening the flex under foot. Updated the tip geometry by increasing the taper for a much surfier, effortless, nimble feel when maneuvering in the pow, even in the tightest of trees. This improves its ability to naturally conform to a larger variety of freestyle terrain and tight transitions with unprecedented comfort.

If you end up deciding wanting a ski that will be stable and stiffer like your Masteblaster, but more powder focused check out the Metal. Which also has 2 sheets of titanal for dampening, but is 106mm underfoot to give you with more float in powder.

Surface lab (funnest dedicated pow ski I've been on)

Good recommendations, Ill look into the labs. I've been trying to get some chetlers (that aren't beaters) at a good price for a while now.

ON3P billy goats would be super stable and give ya all the float ya want
