360 help (yes I watched the YouTube videos)

Ok so I can 3. My 3s are trash.
I always land backseat no matter how much shin pressure or how far
Forward I lean, I just can't get it. Any tips?

Some advice I heard around here long ago was to finish your 360 like you are putting on a car seatbelt. So your trailing arm starts high-ish and then crosses your body down to your opposite hip, your lower body unwinds finishing the 3 and your arm is already down and forwards allowing you to land forwards. I have the same problem, but this advice really helped me the most.

keep your head super level and you'll spin super upright. If you're landing too backseat, you might want to try it off of a less steep jump.

One of my friends said that looking down during the spin helps him stabilize, but I've heard some people say to not look down. I'd say the big thing is practice, I used to land backseat constantly but I don't anymore

The reason you land backseat on your 360's is due to you throwing your arms... you aren't setting for a triple cork actually thats the reason you land backseat. Due to you throwing ur arms your shoulders fall behind making your axis tilt a little instead of staying the same. Approach the jump with a T-Pose but DON'T WIND UR ARMS!!! KEEP THEM T-POSE AND THEN JUMP AND ROTATE WITH YOUR SHOULDERS NOT ON YOUR ARMS!!

I used to have the same problem. I was getting really frustrated since I couldn't grab my tricks. Now I can Mute and Blunt grab with ease! Also Pop then rotate that's also a huge one getting your pop around then spinning rather than just throwing ur spin and jump at the same time. Sounds weird but once you think about it and try it it makes a huge different.

Also don't rush yourself so much. Trust your pop and spin. Make sure you lean forward. Watch a couple of videos of pros and such doing 3's and look at how their posture is when they 360 leaning forward back a little hunched over looking at the landing of the jump. Earlier this season my friend couldn't 360 now he can 900 GOOD LUCK

pop. if you don't pop on any jump trick you basically will land backseat without fail

If you start your spin too early the lip of the jump can throw ya in many wild directions, especially when you start trying bigger stuff

If it's not a super small jump try a little safety grab, always helps me keep my posture and land smooth.
