I have a pair of Dynafit winter guide CP's and I found a great deal for a pair of allmountain skis but they have the 2010 marker griffon 12's. Now I know they are not supposed to go together but I was wondering if they could fit anyway. Fyi the winter guide has the same sole as Dynafit mercury.

No. That version of the Griffon is meant to accommodate slight variations across DIN soles. Might be able to get away with a few touring soles that are less rockered, but I would be surprised if your Dynafits fit. Even if you could jam them into the toe piece, they'll probably be way too tight, therefore making the binding unsafe.

^ Not enough bight on the toe. There is an adjustable AFD but the toe of the boot is not deep enough for the binding to get the correct upward pressure.
