Hi All,
I'm looking to buy my first set of ski's and as a newbie in the ski world, I wanted some of your wisdom!
I'm 24, 5"9 and 65kg, I've been skiing very irregularly in the past, less than 10 times in total, but i'm very happy on blacks and enjoy trying and failing on park jumps.
Now i've got a job I can afford to go skiing much more regularly, with two trips already booked in for end of this year, I want to splash out on a set of skis. I spend the vast majority of my time on piste, but I want to get into more backcountry and park skiing, so i'm looking for a ski that does it all. My favourite activity currently is jumping off the natural snow formations, so I want something that'll help me get better at that, learning how to land backwards etc.
Budget is around £350 for ski's and £200 for boots. Happy to buy last seasons stuff, I just want something thats going to help me improve my skiing and keep it super fun.
Thanks for your help!
