Should be in with the Photo Issue - #5. Lots of good stuff in Issue one though. Profile of JT Holmes, the face of Holmes (Brad, that is), Parkasaurus, a big Rookie piece, and even a picture of someone you never thought would be in the magazine.

The Sept. snowboard mag just came out in LA and on the back is another fucking SIMS ad, TOTALLY ripping skiers. I fucking hate the SIM homos. Skiers should fuck them over somehow. All their ads rip on skiing. Drives my nuts!

i want to apologize...what i said stands, but i never said that freeze was a bad magazine, in fact its a life saver...i keep a couple copies by the john, and when im constipated i just pick up a copy and laugh so hard that i shit uncontrolably. Freeze is a great magazine, true to the movement, but it has some problems here and there. There's nothing I enjoy more than looking in the mail to see a fresh issue of the magazine that i subscribed to about eight months earlier.

Does anyone have any idea how much it costs to get a mailbox in whistler????? It's gonna cost me fuckin 200 god damned dollars a year. And then it takes fockin weeks to get anything out here!! damn that hwy 99 damn it all to hell! Oh yah, and if you don't have any income, aparently you can't get a credit card. GREAT!

sorry for the rant, I always wanna order stuff on the net or get magazine subscriptions but without a credit or a mailbox it's a real pain in the ass!

By the way, this is my opinion on freeze. Freeeze is real. Their writing is completely representitive of the people that write each article. They write it the way they see it. So what if it's not perfect or not this glamourous literary work of art. It's still the shit. It's funny as hell and full of inside info. Aside from the mag, the guys at freeze work their asses off to push the sport as best as they can. The u.s. open was bottom line the best event I have ever attended in my life. Anyone who dares to argue that. I'll hook you up with a spot at any canadian mogul competition. After that shit, you'll be jizzing at the thought of the open. Maybe it's just because I'm a rookie in this game, but I think thats what makes my opinion legit. A fresh opinon. I just can't explain what the difference between being in another sport and going to their competitions or going to parkasaurus. Everyone had their complaints about that setup too, but I had the time of my life. The freeze guys hooked it all up and it was amazing. As I see it, I feel lucky to be a part of this sport and happy that freeze is my journal. But thats just an opinion. Whats it worth?
