FS: 2018 ON3P Kartel 108's, 186cm, with Marker Jester Pros
My 2018 ON3P Kartel 108's are for sale. Size 186 cm, mounted with Marker Jester Pro's. The bindings are mounted for a bsl 318mm boot at +2cm from recommended mount point (about -2.25 cm from true center).
I've skied these about 15 days or so. Overall they are still in great shape. I've hit about 30 rails with them, so the edges are not pristine, but there are zero edge cracks. There's one small chip on the edge of the topsheet (see picture). Also there was one tiny chip in the base, but that was fixed (also see picture).
Price: $800 shipped in US. Local pickup in Santa Fe/Taos, NM.
As much as I love my kartels and agree that you got a sick setup, these will probably go for about $600 - $650, given the condition and that they've hit rails. Free bump for a sick set though.

Skis: $500
Bindings: $250 + $50 mount = $300
I'll pay the shipping cost.
Also, as I mentioned, I'm very open to offers.
Lol, a core shot, rail damage to the edges, and top sheet chips do not make $500 skis. And paying extra because you can't mount your own skis, hahaha. GLWS
You can buy brand new marker jester pros for $250 free ship, so after use and possibility of needing to redrill or have a binding adjustment, I'd put their value around $125-150. The skis are pretty banged up. Did you ski on that core shot or fix it immediately? That's a big deal. Why are you selling? All valid questions, but without any info I wouldn't pay more than $200-250 for the skis as is. Debur and sharpen those edges and I'd consider more.

Total price no more than $350 at the moment.
Are you looking at those Jester Pros from Freeze? They don't have the correct size brakes, so there's another $50. Anyway, if I can only get $150 out of them, I'll just keep 'em.
I skied on that core shot for about 5 days before fixing it. The residual P-Tex exaggerates the size of the core shot. Here is a photo immediately before repair:
I'm selling these skis because they are more solid and chargy than I was hoping for. When I ski the Kartels, they feel like tanks that can charge over anything. Blasting chopped pow, stomping cliffs, overall just going fast all around the mountain, the Kartels shred hard. However, that comes at a cost. They are not particularly poppy, playful, or buttery. Also, their swing weight is a bit heavy. When I bought these, I was looking for a more playful, poppy ski. I was hoping they would be my dream ski, but they just didn't suit me as well as I'd hoped.
A total price of $350? I'm sorry, but I'm not going to let these go at that price.
In response to your other question, yes, that is a slight bit of fiberglass exposed.
I appreciate the interest and the $225 skis only offer, but I'm not going to let them go for that. I would do skis only for $400 shipped.
KillerMonkeySo you got a core shot and then skied for 5 more days letting water get into the core before fixing them?
Now you want $400 for skis that have holes on the top and bottom with core rot inside. I don't know why more people aren't jumping in this deal... SMH

If you don't like my sale that's fine, no need to be a dick about it. Also, you guys are acting like all core shots are equal. As you can see in the last photo I posted the damage is very minimal. Skiing cold snow and bringing my skis inside to warm up after a day of skiing is not going to lead to core rot after 5 days.
