VinnieFI don't know much about that area, but maybe Lake Tahoe area? Good skiing and snow too cold.
Or just suck it up with the cold. I've stayed in a van over the winter and it's not too bad.
GhostSalt Lake City is bad ass. So you really can't go wrong with that. Their park is epic. So if that's what you're leaning towards, go for it bro-ski.
Like the last poster though, I'm also going to recommend Lake Tahoe. Tahoe is sick. You got tons of great ski resorts nearby. You have a really cool vibe, and it really doesn't get that cold up there. One of my relatives lives in a campground up in North shore and loves it up there. So I'm sure you should be able to find some sort of RV park up there. Also another option would be to stay in Reno / Carson City. In Reno, you'd have no problem finding a rv park, it's also going to be a lot warmer down there, and you're still pretty close to Tahoe. So that's definitely a solid option.
Beyound that, have you thought about places in Oregon like Mt. Bachelor..
Anyone know if Whistler has a place to set up an rv? Cuz that would be a pretty cool experience too if you could make that work.
