HenrybigmountainHey y’all. I’m a big mountain skier out of Colorado. I’m on the Line Sir Francis Bacon Shorty right now, it’s a 107 underfoot, but it’s really flexible, and doesn’t work too good once the conditions get packed out. I’ve been looking at the ON3P Jessie 108. Any opinions?
kid-kapowwren108 if you prefer em directional, kartel108 if you like em freestyle/twinny. The Jessie is a modification of the Kartel for female/lighter riders, though it is a ski in its own right - not just a dumbed down kartel - so if you are lighter those might be a good choice. I am on the wren108s and could not be happier. Super intuitive charger that is super predictable and works equally well in fresh, crud and on the groomers. People seem to love their kartels as well. Durability and build quality of on3p's are second to none, so prepare to have a ski that will last you a long time.
mr.tibblesSeems like if you're actually riding big mountain and want an ON3P ski, you'd probably want to consider the the k116 or BG as well...
Session97% of kids on NS think anything outside of the park is "big mountain".
wpskiside note: op is like 5 foot, recommend skis that'll fit him
