I'd go with the 16 if you go with aaattacks. They're meant to be burlier than the 11. Unless you are 11 in which case go for it

13s would be perfectly fine if you don't need the beef of the 16. They are pretty much the same except for the springs

The Attack 11 is a beginner/entry level binding that’s designed for lighter skiers that has a decent toe piece but the heel piece saves weight over durability and the heel height is higher than the rest of the Attack Line.
When you move up to the Attack 12 or 13, you get a beefier, better built heel with a lower height, more metal and higher Din values for more advanced/heavier riders. For the difference in price, I’d highly recommend going to models above the 11.
The Attack 13 is the “bang for the buck” in the line up with great construction while still being light and a more than capable binding for even hard chargers.
The Attack 16 and 18 add higher Din values and more metal in their heels for an even more bullet proof construction but add more weight than the 13.
