Anyways, if you want to go that cheap your best bet is buying used skis with bindings mounted to them. The chances of finding a pair of park skis even without bindings this cheap brand new is next to impossible. Chances are if a new pair of skis costs this cheap they won't last you very long anyways. If there's no used market near you I'm sure someone on this site has a thread with some super cheap skis.
